Stefan Gheorghe

Return arms and Romania joining the Allied Powers in the war against Germany helped clarify matters political, economic and legal links between the Romanian state and new allies. In particular, relations with the Soviet Union will be altered by the provisions of the Armistice Agreement and they derive from considerations of war, mainly but not only.
