Georgeta Modiga, Andreea Miclea, Gabriel Avramescu

Abstract

Antitrust actions must aim at bringing an infringement of competition or the distortion of free markets to an end, prevent the recurrence of such behavior, and prevent the defendant the benefits of its statutory violation.
