Abstract
The trial lasted 18 years for 1991 through 2009 for a family falls into the possession of the land surface for which it had property documents. Scientific research in procedural aspect of substance was begun by the late lawyer Maria Condrat and in respect for her memory I have spent over three years to continue a laborious activity in a struggle with the silence and the aggressiveness of the authorities. The process is to reconstruct the right of the property for the area of 9.98 ha. This trial is an example of humiliation and the subjects are people who have not asked any favors, but only the right that they deserved. Due to the hard
work by the late lawyer Maria Condrat and my honest contribution, the Court House of Galati gave the final and irrevocable final solution to the respondents. Now follows the hard implement of the judicial enforcement of the decision.
