Abstract

Perhaps you will find a paradox, in terms of the existence of a crisis in the field of literary and scientific creation, in my analysis I find my self in a position that can be diametrically opposed to the majority of authors, because I will present the issue of piracy in the analyzed areas, precisely from the recipients' point of view, those that can use such works without the permission of copyright owners and without paying any fees while remaining between the legal permitted limits, without crossing the border
between licit and illicit, permitted and prohibited by the law. Therefore, this is an analysis on some theoretical aspects and it emphasis scientific issues, but rooted, as much as possible in practice.
