Le Management du Changement, Exigence de l`Adaptation au Marché de l`Emploi de l`Union Européenne

Viorica Păus

Abstract

The study proposes the analysis of the necessity for the Romanian firms' management to modernize in order to increase economic productivity within the European economic market. The approach will tackle the most important aspects regarding labor market evolution, the necessity of a performanceoriented management and leadership efficiency. A distinctive space will be devoted to organizational
communication mechanisms, in the newly created conditions due to the penetration of the occidental-type organizational culture, especially through the multinational companies. Main changes in the labor market, at a global level, are the consequence of the new migration wave of the work force, registered after 1989, from and to the ex-communist countries, and to the adhesion of a part of these states, including Romania, to the European Union. All these evolutions impose a new organizational type, a new management, but also a new type of employee, selected upon his/her competences.
