Abstract

Juridical responsibility represents the vital element that starts moving and transforms the
legal imperative into one about which the society is indeed aware and that the ego of each member of the society
wants to achieve. For this desideratum to be put into practice, a thorough study of causality report in its quality
of condition of juridical responsibility is necessary to be done and also the usage of the solutions that have
already been found to resolve the existing problems.
This problem of causality relation in its quality of condition of juridical responsibility draws the
attention of many specialists in this domain. At the moment, the highest number of scientific publications in this
domain and with regards to the causality report can be found in the doctrinaire database in France. Here, but
also in other European states a process popularizing the importance of causality report has began and, at the
same time, new principles and laws are being searched for in order to characterize the application of theory of
determinism in the process of calling the perpetrators of illicit facts to account, all these based on a common
purpose that is the necessity to have a correct and impartial justice.
