FOLOSIREA INVESTIGATORILOR ACOPERIŢI ÎN EFECTUAREA ACTELOR PREMERGĂTOARE URMĂRIRII PENALE
Abstract
In order to appreciate if, in case of committing a felony, it is necessary to initiate the
judiciary trial, the judiciary force needs a series of evidence.
These pieces of evidence can be gathered from the content of the complaint or from other sources such
as the preparatory documents regarding the judiciary inquiry.
In certain conditions, in order to gather the data necessary for the beginning of the judiciary inquiry,
under-cover investigators are used.
Our paper tries to clarify some aspects connected with the conditions and the situations in which
undercover investigators are used, as well as the probationary value of the documents they provided.
