Abstract

In some developed countries, had been created formidable conditions for encouraging of
factoring business, because this investment and financing instrument use have grown the economic and financial
firms’ stability and have realised more efficient management and claims recovering policy. Also, the factoring
may be considered both a commercial and financial activity. The essential role of the factoring companies is
taking the place of company în activities that are not referring exclusively to the commercial field. In our country,
for the moment, the factoring is less known, being visualised în the reimbursement plan of the banking
companies, but there are drawbacks related to its reflection to the company. The factoring is more used în the
industries that are characterised by many small producers and retail traders that haven’t stable relationship one
with others.
