The Responsibility of States in Contemporary International Law
Abstract
This article examines one of the most pressing and complex issues in modern international law, which requires its scientific development - the issue of state responsibility. A very difficult issue that arises when considering liability for environmental damage is the issue of state fault, one of the most controversial in the doctrine of general international law, especially in international law on state liability for environmental damage.
