Abstract

Thanks to features related to the difficulty and the increased responsibility that human intervention involved in various hypostases of life and activity, activity in the field of psychology with imposed requires a act with power of legislation that regulates access to various areas of activity of Applied Psychology, controlling instruments psychological investigation, responsibilities taken following a psychological intervention on various categories of people. This regulation is necessary in these circumstances and many cases of practice of psychology by person without preparing the necessary expertise, the existence of the instruments of investigation that does not comply with requests elementary professional domain, the practice of non-adequate or false on people psychologically assisted. These attract serious negative consequences on social, professional, family matters investigated, may adversely affect the psychological balance of the latter, bringing serious damages to individuals and society as a whole.
