CONCEPŢIA FILOSOFICĂ DESPRE STAT ŞI DREPT A LUI VASILE GOLDIŞ

Martian Iovan

Abstract

Being a part of a philosophic common conception, of an original way of interpreting
great trends of the European history the judicial philosophy seen by Vasile Goldiş speaks
about values, principles and arguments which guided his entire political career. The author
of this study makes an analysis of the main elements which united a postmodern philosophy of
power and law among which the concepts of justice, natural laws, positive laws, natural
human and people rights, state, power, constitutionalism and social and Christian democracy
are the ones that articulates the national, European and international political projects of the
great Romanian scholar and politic man.
