ASPECTE DE DREPT COMPARAT PRIVIND CONFISCAREA SPECIALĂ
Abstract
This article refers to the problem of specific forefeature as to compare with modern penal laws from
France, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Germany, Spain and Russian Federation.
This subject is being analized just to conclude that the solutions adopted by the modern penal laws are
related to that of Romanian penal law.
Although there are some differences, it is common for this penal laws that specific forefeature is
regarded as a sanctionatory mesure and that the most important conditions that justify its applicability are the
same.
