Abstract
Project management appeared as an instrument of planning, co-coordinating, achieving and
controlling of complex activities related to industrial, commercial, social, cultural and political modern projects.
Any modern activity is regarded as a modern project, with a complex character, which demands a new vision
beginning with the analysis of the project necessities and ending with efficient continuity of the project results.
Pressures of the globalize economical and political competitive system of the industrialized world, competition
between producers, a bigger consideration for the wealth and for the welfare of those who represent the working
force of project and, naturally, for the cost of this working force, led to the development of a new managerial
technique of the projects.
The first who gives what the customer wants is a winner and he will survive in the competitive environment
system. The key to success is to accomplish performer projects with a performer project management.
