Abstract

In the context of enlarging the modern man way of communication and of introducing on a large scale
of computing environment there are taking place great changes in people relationships, there is a combination
of intercommunication efficiency with electronic media potential.
Thus, traditional media channels – like television and press – have further on a very high visual effect,
but these are a unidirectional method of transmitting information.
The alternative is constituted by arranging interactive communication in the center of actual changes
as new media (electronic, for example) are establishing contacts in both ways between millions of people
situated in different regions as they are using computer networks and quality telecommunication equipments.
