Abstract
To analyse the evolution of the profile of the Organisation of Black Sea Economic
Cooperation in the framework of the globalism – regionalism equation and the report between the
founder’s endeavours and the role that this organisation assumes today, in the new geostrategical
context, are the subject-matter of this paper.
