DOMENIUL PUBLIC AL STATULUI ŞI AL UNITĂŢILOR ADMINISTRATIV-TERITORIALE
Abstract
The public domain includes all goods that represent the subject of the state’s
public property or of the territorial-administrative units, goods, which according to the law or by
their nature or destination are the public usage or interest. The assets of the public domain are
inalienable (can not be alienated; they can be given only in administration, lease or concession,
according to the law), undetectable (can not be submitted to the forced execution and they can not
represent real guaranties) and indefeasible (can not be acquired by other people through acquisitive
prescription or through the effect of the good faith possession over the movable goods).
