Abstract
The theme of human conditions and implicitly human rights in the contemporary world,
constitute without doubt one of the largest themes which is approached at different levels, national and
international, theoretical and practical, in general, by information and manifestation means of public opinion.
Nowadays, there is a point of view commonly accepted that only by respecting the fundamental rights of
every person, the big problems of the present day, social and economical development,, security, national
independence and others can be solved solidly and for a long period of time.
