INSTRUMENTELE FINANCIARE ALE UNIUNII EUROPENE COMPLEMENTARE POLITICII DE DEZVOLTARE REGIONALĂ, ACTIVE ÎN PERIOADA DE PROGRAMARE 2007 – 2013
Abstract
For the new programming period 2007 – 2013, Romania is confronted by two major challenges: EU
membership status and the new formula of European politics. About the European funds dedicated to regional
policy it’s written a lot. I think that is important to create a general view over the EU financial instruments
because these are designed to work together in a synergic way in order to fulfil European Union objectives of
development, stipulated by the revised Lisbon Strategy and by the Strategy of Gothenburg.
This paper intends to presents conciseness the main possibilities of finance (others than Structural and
Cohesion Funds) which European Union puts at our disposal for this programming period: 2007 – 2013.
