Abstract

The judicial communitary order is relatively autonomous from the home law of the member states. However, the judicial communitary order does not exclude the autonomy of the collaboration with the national judicial systems. The fundamental principle of the European Union judicial order is represented by the immediate, direct and prioritary application of the comunitary law.
