ROLUL MANAGERULUI INTERNAŢIONAL ÎN AFACERILE ECONOMICE EXTERNE
Abstract
The international manager has an essential role in human activity, especially in contemporary economy. When the organization pertains to the international context, the managerial exigencies are high. To be successful in international management, managers must have certain personal characteristics. They must be extremely sensitive to the fact that they are guests of another country. Thus, managers must have expertise in their host country’s language, business customs, economy, and commercial law. They must also have a high degree of flexibility and they must demonstrate that they are top managers. A successful management is that in which the managerial decision is advantageous for organization but for the employees too.
