Abstract

World competition and the desire for European integration require taking into account the economic, social and ecologic dimensions of a company’s activity and the possibility to comunicate with similar companies. It is only the combination between the economic efficiency and the profit with the social and ecological dimension of progress that offers equal chances of access for different social classes to exert certain universal citizens’ rights, as well as the right to education, to health or labour. Economic and social efficiency has to offer answers and solutions to some elemental problems: to avoid the economic marginality of Romania, to create the premises for an industrial modern and efficient development, to modernise the agriculture, to develop the jobs, to reduce  poverty.
