Abstract

In the context of Romania’s integration into the European structures, the modernization process of the educational system constitutes a natural necessity.

Our scientific approach proposes a comprehensive analysis of the topic of European Community programs efficiency on highly qualified human resources, as part of Romania's accession to the European structures.

In the content of this work, the educational system integration into the European structures is presented and thoroughly analysed throughout its complex lifecycle.

Many countries have drawn up action plans for the dissemination of the potential negative effects of "brain drain" and the valorization, at national level, of the international experience of the co-nationals.
