Abstract
This article refers to the problem of intelectual property as to compare with some
modern laws from Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, France and Portugal.
Each of this laws is being analized regarding the way the intelectual property is being
protected by criminal laws.
It is to be noted that,in this field, some countries such as France and Portugal have
Codes of Intelectual Property. This shows the importance this countries offer to the law
protection including penal protection, in this matter.
