Abstract

In this work,I’ve presented the meaning of corruption offences,which is corruption sense for romanian state.
The criminalistica investigation will be done,regularity,at the beginning of penal pursuance,for knowledge of
offences accomplishment.Also,we can tell this activity is expanding,distinctive, during the examination of
criminal place.Should be discussed the following thing:if in most cases of offences,such manslaughter,the
examination of criminal place is often realized for identify offender,but when we speak about the corruption
offences,the criminalistica investigation has hinted at offender for establish the action.
The romanian penal law is anticipate some substantial and formal conditions looking for the criminalistica
investigation.As regards this examination,are taken preparatory measures at the judicial offices,and also,at the
criminal place;the examination team are organized with suitable technical and scientific means.
In accordance with nature of facts,commited place,or after-effects,these teams are included
prosecutors,criminalist,officer of judicial police,experts from technical area,but the activity sovereign is the
prosecutor.
Also,the assistant witness has an important role in this activity,and he hadn’t any involve in respective
cause.Finally,the issues of investigation are materialized and described in a record.
