Abstract


Present overtures point out a juridical- economical approach of the domestic waging system.
Expansion of the competition segment in the domestic economy and limitation of the institutional environment
only to the fiscal aspect , the minim guaranteed salary generate waging policies increasing contribution to the
entities targets achievement, performances improvement , obtainment of the expected behaviour on all levels
but the best quality human resources supply, too.
